TPM Studio achieve Full Planning Permission for the extension of an existing care home and stand-alone new build in Coombe Oak.

The scheme involves the expansion of existing care facilities including seven additional permanent residents rooms and support spaces. Situated within an area of outstanding natural beauty, proposals were required to sensitively imbed themselves within this green border of Greater London, the building volumes respect the heights of the surrounding trees and ensure views across the landscape from neighbouring properties and not interrupted.

The works are due to commence on site late 2019.
