TPM Studio were commissioned by Cushman & Wakefield to assist in developing proposals for the redevelopment of the former Metaswitch site in Enfield, North London.

Located on the New River and situated within one of the most prominent Conservation Areas in North London, our modern response recognised the importance of the site, where the massing, façade articulation and form was informed by the high quality neighbouring buildings.

The internal layout sought to maximise views within the local area, with views across Gentleman’s row, the local Golf Club and the New River all being utilised where possible.
