TPM Studio have been appointed by Orchard Street Investment Management to explore refurbishment options for Palm Court, part of the Richmond Riverside Estate on the banks of the River Thames.

The brief aims to improve the quality of workspace and associated amenity space in line with current market standards whilst considering opportunities for improving the building performance of the heritage asset to meet the client's sustainable development agenda.
