TPM Studio were appointed by BYM Capital to develop detailed design proposals for the conversion of Waterside and Riverview House in Uxbridge.

The scheme involved working closely with a wider design team and main contractor, Xone Control, to develop viable technical construction information for the conversion of the existing offices into 174 Apartments.

Our scope included amending the existing Class 0, Class AA and Façade Rationalisation Planning Applications to capture the changes made during the technical design stage. Evaluating the existing structure, we developed a rationalised approach, standardising façade details and apartment layouts to generate savings for the Client.

Upon completion the buildings will sit proudly within one of the UK’s largest change of use and permitted development sites, where the Xerox office campus will be given a new lease of life within the vibrant town of Uxbridge.
